As an LPN, you will work 1:1 with a client during your shift and support them by:

• Adhering to the outlined care plan
• Documenting tasks, observations, and evaluating outcomes
• Ensuring quality care through monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies
• Receiving clinical direction from the staff RN
• Assisting with other duties as needed

• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license
• One or more years of nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
