The Real Estate Agent is responsible for identifying and understanding the real estate needs and preferences of our clients through effective communication and active listening. This role involves presenting and showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants, with a focus on highlighting unique selling points and features of each property.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in real estate or related field preferred).
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales or related field (experience as a real estate agent is advantageous).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and proficiency in using technology for property research, marketing, and communication.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for property tours and meetings.
• Willing to work on a commission basis.
