• Train and oversee crew, serve as role model
• Provide customers with subscription program benefits
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new crew members
• Create crew schedules and submit payroll
• Understand shop financials, drive results, utilize budget wisely
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed

Work safely, report safety or maintenance issues
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist customer in menu options and payment
• Perform crew member duties as needed
• Guide cars onto track with courtesy
• Perform visual inspections of vehicles before entry

• Must lift up to 50 lbs
• Must maneuver in a 3 ft deep pit to position behind cars
• Must walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, hold, pull, turn for extended periods
• Must work in hot/cold weather if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must work weekends
• Must work early hours and up to 55 hrs/week on occasion
• Basic computer skills
