Commercial Driver – Full Time

Auto Zone’s store teams drive customer experience and store operations. As a Delivery Driver you will use company‑provided vehicles to safely deliver automotive parts to commercial customers, assist with returns and payments, and maintain vehicle and product knowledge.

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Collaborate closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers and load/unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through Auto Zone systems and maintain delivery vehicles, reporting any issues promptly.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Full‑time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
