BUILDING SERVICES MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST - on site

• Carrying out maintenance work on HVAC systems and structural facilities
• Ensuring the operation and upkeep of building infrastructure and building envelopes
• First response to malfunctions, operational interruptions and safety-relevant incidents
• Conducting inspection rounds and maintaining system documentation
• Contributing to the continuous optimisation of systems
• Completed vocational training in building services technology EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in building maintenance
• Experience or authorisation in the electrical field (e.g. NIV Art. 15) is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
• Good IT user skills
• Team-oriented action and thinking
• High flexibility

Fluent German skills (written and spoken) as well as French skills.
