Adecco Suisse recrute un/une Superviseur de Production pour notre site industriel à Grenchen. Vous coordonnez les activités de production et assurez le bon déroulement quotidien des opérations dans un contexte de précision.
Vous encadrez les équipes, organisez les ordres de fabrication, et travaillez avec les services internes pour respecter les délais et les objectifs. Maîtrise d’Excel et ERP souhaitée, sens du travail en équipe, et bonnes capacités relationnelles.
