The SWATCH Group sucht eine Fachperson zur Überwachung, Analyse und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bestehender Produktionsprozesse in der Waferherstellung und Photolithographie (Photoresist-Beschichtung, Photolithographie, PVD, Nassätzen).
Sie entwickeln, qualifizieren und führen neue Produktionsprozesse ein, planen und koordinieren Versuche in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs- und Produktionsleitung, und führen Fehleranalysen bei Abweichungen durch sowie nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
