HVAC Senior Estimator

Overview

• Working knowledge of estimating all HVAC & mechanical construction work
• Capable of conceptual estimating and developing total cost packages
• Can quickly develop order-of-magnitude pricing recaps
• Up to date with current market conditions including unit pricing
• Estimates consistent with the plan to build
• Proficient with Procore
• Understand and review Sub change pricing accordingly for accuracy
• Lead a team of HVAC estimators

• 10+ years of experience in estimating and quantity take-offs
• Valid Driver's license
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, respect, detail-oriented, and time-management skills
• Basic proficiency in English; ability to communicate on-site with colleagues, vendors, and contractors
