Microchip Technology’s beautiful Oregon campus is seeking a qualified, motivated, and creative Senior Engineer I-Test (Parametric) to join our Yield Engineering team in Gresham, Oregon.

• Perform and coordinate wafer level measurements of semiconductor devices for parametric, functional and reliability purposes.
• Process and analyze device characterization data.
• Perform detailed statistical analysis on parametric, functional and reliability data.
• Test structure layout, validation and testing.
• Generate parametric summaries, yield and reliability reports

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
• 5-7.5 years of experience
• Knowledge of semiconductor devices
• Knowledge of circuit schematic design and analysis
• Experience/education with data analysis and data visualization
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of data plotting tools like JMP and R desired
• Experience/education with LabVIEW desired

Able to lift 20 lbs; push, pull approx. 50 lbs; carry 20 lbs; sit 60%; stand 20%; walk 20%; must be able to perform activities that include climbing, bending at waist, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, crawling, handling, feeling, hearing, talking, seeing.
