Urgent Care Part-Time Nurse Practitioner at Legacy Health

Join the Legacy Health team at GoHealth Urgent Care. This part‑time position is located in the Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA region.

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners with experience in adult and pediatric care to join our team. As part of our team you will practice urgent care medicine and receive professional support from a supportive, honest, and transparent Clinical Leadership team.

• Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages).
• Perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), provide overview reads of EKGs and X-rays.
• Collaborate with on‑site Rad Techs, Medical Assistants, and Paramedics for support.
• Opportunity to work with a scribe.
• Dedicated urgent care specialty – exclusively practice urgent care medicine – no primary care, DOT or occupational medicine in this position.

• 1–2 years of NP experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting.
• Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in an urgent care or emergency room setting.
• Ability to comfortably perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), overview reads of EKGs and X-rays.
