What you’ll do- Support clients through trauma-informed, person-centered services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including peers, therapists, prescribers, and leadership
- Help drive outcomes-based care and ensure fidelity to the highest clinical standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a culture of quality and compliance
- Relevant certification or licensure based on role (QMHA, CADC, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or related social services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities with empathy and professionalism
