Full-Time/Day Shift

This is a combined posting for a Social Worker LCSW, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Consideration for each role will be based on qualifications. The Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Mental Health Therapist LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. This position will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and/or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified.
Under direct clinical supervision, this position will utilize established approaches and standards; complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others; complete and implement risk reduction/mitigation plans to ensure patient and community safety; incorporate evidence based approaches to psychotherapy including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and the recovery model, Under clinical supervision, this position will also demonstrate effectiveness in individual, group and family psychotherapy and multi-modal treatment settings.
This position works under clinical supervision, in a licensing board approved plan of supervision to achieve licensure with a Board qualified supervisor certified by the OR state Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.

SOCIAL WORKER LCSW
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).

Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. - 2 years Post Master's experience in a behavioral health treatment setting.

- Additional experience in substance use treatment setting

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field.

Oregon Professional Counselor License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
- Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.
