Pharmacist Lead

You are the expert patients rely on to understand their medications and how to use them safely and effectively - and the go-to person your team relies on to help coordinate day-to-day operations. In short, you play a critical role in improving lives, both for patients and your fellow pharmacy staff. • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy staff at a designated site and/or department.
• Perform regular staff pharmacist duties.
• Oversee workflow coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and timely medication distribution.
• Act as a point person for problem-solving and issue resolution within the department.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational continuity.
• May be designated as the Pharmacist in charge.

Education:

• Graduate of accredited School of Pharmacy.

Licensure:

• Current Registered Pharmacist License (Rph) for applicable state required.
• ACLS and/or PALS required within three months of hire.

USD $85.63 – USD $99.33 /Hr.
