Room & Facility Amenities- 30 Individual and Group Treatment Rooms
- 500 ft2 Occupational Therapy Gym with Southpaw Steamroller Ramp, Rock Wall, and Multiple Slides
- 500 ft2 Physical Therapy Gym with Zipline, Slide, and Rockwall
- Interchangeable ceiling attachments (rope swing, rectangular swing, large cylinder)
- 1,000 ft2 Jungle Gym with Play Structure and Trampoline
- Aquatic Therapy Pool
- Large Conference Room with Lockers for Personal Belongings
- Separate Staff and Feeding Kitchens
- Rock Walls
- Baby Rooms
- Spacious Waiting Rooms for Patient Transfers and Parent Education
- Evaluation, re‑assessment, and treatment of children birth to 18 years old with a variety of diagnoses
- Team‑oriented approach to treating the whole child and supporting families
- Leadership qualities with a desire to make a difference for children and families in our community
- Oregon‑Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience with the pediatric population or willingness to be trained
- Able to work afternoon hours/early evening hours
Monday to Friday (days are flexible). 20‑40 hours per week

Pay$80,000.00 – $ per year
