Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based role is available for two Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational setting. This contract opportunity, located in Gresham, OR, offers a hybrid work model with in-person expectations 3-4 days per week at the Columbia Service Center.

Ideal candidates will have experience and credentials in school-based speech-language pathology, including any of the following:

* SLP certifications such as CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)

* Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

* Familiarity with early childhood through K-12 speech therapy

* Skills in collaborative service delivery and individualized education program (IEP) development

Responsibilities for this role focus on:

* Delivering speech and language services tailored to individual student needs

* Conducting assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring

* Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student communication outcomes

* Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school policies
