Fairlawn Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia – Gresham, OR is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing therapy team in a well‑equipped 82‑bed facility. We offer guaranteed full‑time 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($52-$60/hour), and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, disability, 401(k)).

Education:

graduate from an accredited PT program;
Licenses: current Oregon PT license and CPR certification;
