Speech Pathologist
Speech Therapy, Eugene or Corvallis, Oregon | Full-Time or Part-Time
Do meaningful pediatric work, be supported by people who understand it, and still have a life outside the clinic.
Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned practice in Eugene and Corvallis serving children from birth to 18 through play-based Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy. We're looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who wants meaningful work, a collaborative team, and the support to build a sustainable career.
Why CTD?At Connect the Dots, support doesn't mean micromanagement. We give therapists a clear framework for success, then trust them to use their clinical judgment, creativity, and personality.
You'll work alongside OT, PT, and SLP colleagues who collaborate rather than operate in silos, and an administrative team that handles scheduling, intake, insurance, and other day-to-day logistics so you can focus on children and families. We take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. Our clinics are playful, creative, and close-knit.
What you'll get- Full-time or part-time, your choice. Apply whether you want a full caseload or part-time hours.
- Up to 3 weeks of paid time off for full time employees, plus six paid holidays.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
- No nights or weekends. Monday through Friday, with flexible hours built around your life.
- Retirement plan with employer contributions.
- $500 a year toward CEUs , so you keep growing in your field.
- Mentorship and real opportunities for professional growth. You'll get an outlined roadmap for your first year, plus direct support from Stephanie Wagers, OT and CTD owner, who brings more than 20 years of pediatric therapy experience. You won't be figuring out tough cases alone.
- Built-in documentation time and thoughtfully managed caseloads. New providers get a ramp-up period to learn the practice before taking on a full caseload, and you won't be expected to routinely take paperwork home.
- Therapist-owned and operated. Decisions are made by people who understand the work because they do it too.
