Provide nutrition services to participants, patients and families, assess nutrition stats of patients, plan and initiate medical nutrition therapy, counsel patients and families on nutritional issues either individually or in a group setting.

Bachelor's degree in dietetics, nutrition or related field, Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
, 1-year supervisory experience and a valid Oregon driver’s license are required. Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Will be required to submit and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
