Reporting ToDirector of Service Operations
Your Role And Responsibilities- Preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, corrective service and telephones.
- On‑site and remote access support for laboratory and production process testing instruments.
- Service activities must be performed within established ISO‑certified policies and procedures and documented accordingly.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training as needed to meet customers’ needs.
In Oregon (65–70% travel required in the territory and occasionally other areas)

Qualifications ForThe Role
- Associate’s degree in electrical or equivalent work/military experience is preferred along with a minimum of 5 years related field service support.
- Experience with network support, computer repair and OS restoration as well as software configuration is preferred.
- Knowledge of calibration and electronic test equipment is strongly desired.
- General software knowledge a must (Win
10, Win
11, MS Office
365). - Ability to travel up to 65–70%, domestically and internationally with a valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the past 3+ years.
- Applicants must possess US work authorization and be able to acquire a US passport.

SalaryThis position is expected to pay between $79,800 and $127,680 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
