Midstate Electric Cooperative, an electric utility provider serving parts of Central Oregon, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and execute capital and maintenance projects across our infrastructure. This is a salary, exempt position.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor utility projects from initiation through completion
- Deliver projects on time and within scope and budget
- Applying for grants
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or 5 years of utility experience related to construction and/or engineering
- Prior experience in grant writing
- Ability to multitask and oversee complex projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic planning
- Communications
- Strong technical, problem solving skills
- Project management
- PMP certification is a plus
