Salary ranges from $44–$49/hr with an additional $2/hr night differential and $20/hr for on-call standby for Sundays to Tuesdays, 5:00 PM – 8:30 AM.

About the RoleWe’re looking for a licensed practical nurse whose heart for service matches their clinical expertise. The ideal nurse is compassionate, grounded, and confident in providing comfort at life’s most meaningful moments. Hospice nursing is about more than medicine—it’s about presence, dignity, and connection.
What You’ll Do- Provide direct patient care based on a registered nurse’s plan of care
- Triage on‑call situations and prioritize patient visits appropriately
- Respond to urgent symptoms, changes in condition, and wound care needs
- Perform death visits and provide post‑mortem support to families
- Document all care and communication in a timely, accurate manner
- Educate families and caregivers on care techniques and comfort support
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Maintain equipment and supplies in compliance with safety and infection control guidelines
- Currently Oregon LPN license in good standing
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience (hospice/home health preferred)
- Strong hands‑on experience with catheter care, wound care, and urgent patient needs
- Excellent triage skills and ability to respond calmly under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and current driver’s license
- Current CPR certification
