Within Perioperative Services, the Registered Nurse First Assist will work across a dynamic operating room environment defined by direct intraoperative surgical assistance and hands-on involvement in complex surgical procedures. This advanced perioperative nursing practice includes collaborating with surgeons and multidisciplinary surgical teams to anticipate operative needs, maintain efficient workflow, and advance patient safety and clinical excellence.
