Village Health Care is seeking an experienced Resident Care Manager (RN or LPN) to join our leadership team in Gresham, Oregon. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about resident-centered care, staff development, and clinical excellence.
What You'll DoOversee and coordinate resident care services
Develop, monitor, and update resident care plans
Manage MDS assessments and care planning processes
Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes
Assist the Director of Nursing with clinical operations as needed
Current Oregon RN or LPN license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Knowledge of MDS, CMS regulations, and electronic medical records
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Competitive pay: $50-$60/hour
