Job Summary:
The Associate Food Innovation Scientist is the entry-level, degree-preferred role on the formulation team. The position is the hands‑on foundation of Product Development: batching, cooking, checking specifications, maintaining inventories, and keeping the lab and production area clean, while creating renovation and rework formulas. The role develops in two phases. Phase two adds new product formulation for Sales projects, commercialization, pricing, and specifications as skills are demonstrated, preparing the employee for future advancement to Food Innovation Scientist.
