Job Responsibilities:
Build skills in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience, and fostering loyalty by:
- Assisting customers in continuing their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Exploring customer needs and demonstrating the latest technology in-store.
- Engaging in personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approaching service and sales with integrity, composure, and compassion.

Become proficient with digital tools to enhance customer interactions, including:
- Explaining network coverage and benefits of T-Mobile plans.
- Completing training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, and systems.
- Continuously learning about innovations in wireless technology.

Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to:
- Own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
- Identify and refer small business leads.
