Supervisor Outer Limits

Position Overview

Lead the retail experience d Meadows’ specialty snow-sports shop! As the Outer Limits Supervisor, you’ll help lead the day-to-day operation of the shop while creating an exceptional experience for guests looking for the gear, apparel, and expertise to make the most of their time on the mountain.

You’ll lead and support the Outer Limits team, ensuring strong guest service, efficient operations, accurate POS transactions, and adherence to retail and loss-prevention standards. You’ll also contribute to training, inventory control, employee engagement, and overall retail operations, with opportunities to support our HPC team when needed.

This is a full-time, seasonal position

• Must be 18 or older
• Must be able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter season
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
• Supervisory experience
• Cashhandlingand Point of Sales experience

• Ski and Snowboard industry experience preferred
• Previous Supervisory experience
• Excellent communication, organizational and evaluation skills
• Warehouse experience preferred, knowledge of snow sports market
• Inventory control experience
• Basicproficiencyin MS Office; higher level Excel skills preferred
• Familiarity with RTP desired
• Employment in this position is subject to a satisfactory background screening.

• Starting Wage: $ 20.99 - $23.32 hourly
