Base pay: $48,000 - $120,000 per year.

• Assist customers through the purchasing process, helping them find and purchase the right vehicle.
• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close sales.

The pay plan is commission‑based with no limit on earnings. Base guarantee is $4,000 per month for the first 90 days. Additional incentives include:

• Up to $550 minibonus on all used or new vehicles.
• Cash spiffs weekly.
• Unit bonuses starting at 10.
• Additional bonuses for exemplary customer satisfaction scores.
• Average 200–220 cars sold per month.
