E-Commerce Sales Consultant at Swickard Auto Group - Gresham, OR
Role OverviewThe E-Commerce Sales Consultant is responsible for generating and nurturing leads through online channels, ultimately converting them into sales. This role combines digital marketing skills with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
Responsibilities- Lead Generation:
Utilize various online platforms and tools to attract and generate qualified leads. - Lead
Qualification:
Screen incoming leads to determine their interest level and potential fit for the dealership's inventory. - Customer Communication:
Engage with leads through email, phone, and online chat to provide information, answer questions, and build rapport. - Sales Process:
Guide leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. - CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system. - Inventory Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on the dealership's inventory and be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of each vehicle. - Online Marketing:
Assist with managing the dealership's online presence, including website updates and social media campaigns. - Other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Paperwork processing:
Signing and filing necessary documents. - Inventory management:
Assisting with inventory tasks, such as moving vehicles or preparing them for delivery. - Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
