We’re looking for a motivated HVAC Install Technician to join our team of skilled professionals.

• Install, replace, and start up HVAC systems (residential and light commercial) according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure proper system performance through testing, calibration, and adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Provide top-tier workmanship and represent the Century Heating and Cooling brand with pride.

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial).
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required).
• Oregon Limited Energy or HVAC license preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a variety of environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Full-time, Monday through Friday (with occasional overtime or weekends as needed).
