Location: Adult Outpatient - 355 NW Division St. Gresham, OR 97030
Schedule: In‑person position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Wage Range: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour, Non‑Exempt

Position OverviewResponsible for pre‑screening clients before admission to NARA outpatient program, answering a multi‑line phone system, greeting and directing clients and guests, and providing secretarial support to Outpatient Treatment staff.
What You Will Do- Work with clinical management to develop resources for referrals to other programs and services as needed.
- Provide intake information to appropriate requestors/referents via phone or mail.
- Prescreen clients for entry into the Outpatient program.
- Prepare and process intake packets with clients, obtain signatures and ensure they are knowledgeable about the process.
- Make copies of the client’s state , if applicable, tribal .
- Answer multi‑line phone system, schedule client appointments, and greet clients/guests and direct appropriately.
- Fill out the UA forms and observe UAs when needed.
- Fill in the client registration information as needed.
- Data entry, imputing client’s information into database.
- Provide lunch/break and back‑up coverage for reception.
- Receive and help clinical staff track all legal referrals from courts, probation officers, etc. and maintain contact with referents until clients arrive for treatment or do not follow through with referral.
- Work collaboratively, maintain professional boundaries with clients, other NARA staff, team members, and treat everyone with respect and dignity at all times.
