School Bus Monitor – Gresham, OR

First Student is hiring a Part‑time School Bus Monitor to serve the Gresham community. The position requires a split shift (early‑morning pickup and afternoon drop‑off) with a guaranteed 4‑hour daily shift and additional hours through trips and charters. No prior experience as a school bus monitor is required; the company provides full training.

Responsibilities
  • Attend early‑morning before‑school pickup and afternoon drop‑off, ensuring the safety of all students.
  • Maintain accurate logs and communicate effectively with dispatch.
  • Support the bus safety program, following all DOT and company procedures.
Benefits
