- THE PAY & EARNINGS BREAKDOWN: Bring home a dependable average of $1,500 every single week
. Compensation is structured on an experience-based hourly pay scale that tops out at $28.50/hour for seasoned drivers, logging an average of 1,700 miles per week. - THE ROUTE & FINAL-MILE SETUP: Dedicated final-mile grocery store deliveries dispatching out of the Troutdale, OR terminal (hiring drivers residing within 25 miles of zip 97060).
How it works: Maximum convenience team drivers haul the preloaded trailers directly to the yard for you, and you complete the final-mile store deliveries using live unloads. Features assigned equipment and 24/7 dedicated local dispatch support. - SHIFT & SCHEDULE ROUTINE:
Home Daily Consistency: Sleep in your own bed every night! Work predictable, reliable local routes with dispatches assigned a full day in advance. Both day and night shift slots are available (including early morning starts prior to 0400). Weekend rotations and holiday shifts are required to match retail demand. - QUALIFICATIONS & SCREENING: Open strictly to experienced CDL-A drivers holding 6 months of OTR experience in the past 12 months
, OR 12 months of verifiable experience over the last 5 years (

Trainees and recent CDL school grads cannot be accepted on this account).
