Mid-Level Automotive Technician

• Troubleshoot and repair vehicles, including brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Perform line technician services, routine inspections, system diagnostics, and road tests.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues to management immediately.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service by providing clear communication and feedback about vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior automotive technicians.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Commitment to learning new technologies within the automotive industry.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certification.
• Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience with electrical, air conditioning, and primary/advanced fuel ignition systems.
