• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills
• Inspect, repair and diagnose systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Maintain standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping; use protective equipment when operating machinery and tools
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

• Professionally inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services
• Mentor and learn about new technologies in a rapidly changing automotive industry

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license
• Must have three years of experience in automotive repair, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  ASE A4 (Steering and Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) certifications and State inspection licenses and/or MAC certification

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to cover business needs; stores may be open 7 days a week including weekends and holidays
• Ability to use technology and various applications to support correct diagnostics
• Use tools, skills, and product knowledge to make recommendations based on manufacturing guidelines

• ASE reimbursement with pay increases (brakes, electrical, AC and heating, engine performance, engine repair)

• Flat rate role with a 75% guarantee (30 hours booked per week)
