• E-filing, fax filing, and CM/ECF (PACER)
• Independent file management
• Requesting records/reports, and following up
• Coordinating with clients, counsel, courts
• Drafting pleadings
• Preparing bench books (trial notebooks)
• Docketing deadlines
• Working independently as well as assisting others as needed
• Following established file-handling procedures
• Navigating MS Office 365 and web-based case management platforms...

Palazzo Law Firm is comprised of an experienced staff who pride themselves on their exceptional work product. We are looking for a talented, motivated attorney to drop into a very important role.

The ideal candidate:

• Will ideally have experience in plaintiff-oriented civil litigation (personal injury strongly preferred) and criminal defense matters.
• Will ideally have experience in workers' compensation.
• Will possess exceptional organizational, written, communicative, time-management, and interpersonal skills; a keen eye for detail; and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor - a positive attitude is a must!
• Will be very detail-oriented, conscientious, and committed to quality and accuracy! Excellent work habits and good work ethic are essential.
• Will be hardworking, reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, a self-starter, independently motivated and self-managing, able to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and web-based case management platforms.
• Will efficiently and effectively manage case files from inception to completion; work up files for trial; assist the Managing Partner as needed; and generally be a team player.
