CQI Coordinator; LPN

Overview

Correct Health is a multi-disciplinary medical organization that provides high-quality, cost-effective, comprehensive healthcare inside correctional facilities across the United States. The CQI Coordinator (LPN) position is a full‑time role located in Gretna, LA.

Possess the ability to develop CQI audit tools consistent with Correct Health Policy & Procedures and established correctional guidelines/standards. Provide strong analytical and decision‑making skills to support continuous improvement, identify and resolve key risk issues, and facilitate CQI‑related educational activities for healthcare staff. Demonstrate good organizational and positive communication skills.

• Hold and maintain licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
• Corrections experience preferred, with 3‑5 years of administrative/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong computer skills, including office software and internet.
