Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in a high-impact clinical environment where your expertise directly influences patient outcomes. This role is central to delivering exceptional patient care utilizing the nursing process within established regulatory and professional standards. As a leader in your unit, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and help achieve department goals through compassionate and evidence-based practices.

Pay Package: $29 per hour with $1,100 weekly stipend
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly present information and collaborate across disciplines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience using the nursing process for patient care delivery
- Strong assessment, teaching, and delegation skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to nursing practice
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a Labor and Delivery environment
Other Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases
- Physical ability to perform heavy work, including moving objects up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for significant periods
- Understanding of occupational risks related to exposure to hazardous medications, waste, and infectious materials
- May require shift work, including nights, weekends, or holidays depending on department needs
