In this full‑time, 40 hours a week role you will support the Store Manager in leading a talented team and ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience filled with great products and exceptional service.

£28,000 - £30,000 per year

• Kick off the day by engaging your team and outlining daily goals
• Assist customers to find precisely what they need and provide exceptional service
• Train and mentor the team on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Ensure the store is maintained to high visual and cleanliness standards
• Prepare for the next day to ensure seamless operation

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Step into the role of Store Manager when required
• Promote a customer‑first culture that drives loyalty and satisfaction
• Encourage teamwork and maintain a positive working atmosphere
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Help manage inventory and stock levels to maintain efficiency

• A passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Experience in a retail management role
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on approach
• Excellent communication skills to engage and motivate a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• The salary is £28,000 - £30,000 per year
