Retail Assistant; Athlete - PT Green

Retail Assistant – Part‑time (20 hrs/week). Provide world‑class service to consumers in a Nike retail store.

• Exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Support various store departments (operate cash register, manage goods, refill products on the shop floor, build visual displays) and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
• Improve your own knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date and seek insights on sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture.

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

• Available between 7am‑7pm.
• Part‑time (20 hrs/week).
• Some weekday availability.
• Must include two of the following:
  Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• Flexible to work overtime.
