Class 1 Driver

Overview

Temp Station is a logistics labour provider across the UK.

Due to client growth we have a number of class 1 vacancies to work on afters/nights for one of our National Blue Chip clients running out of Gretna DG16.

The average is around 3 to 4 trailer swaps, there is no manual handling involved.

• Trunk run/trailer swaps at set hubs nationwide.
• Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policy.
• Communicate with transport office.
• Complete all paperwork in an orderly manner.
• Work to all WTD rules.
• Perform set runs with timed drops working Monday to Friday on a range of start times.
• Start dates vary over the next few weeks.
• This role is agency work and ad-hoc, not guaranteed every week.

• Full C+E license, Digi Card, and full CPC required.
• Minimum 6 months experience required for insurance purposes.
• Good communication skills required.
• No DD, DR, INs and no more than 6 points on your license.
• We can also offer Temp Station drivers uniform and in-house CPC training at a reduced cost.
