• Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns using advanced tax preparation software
• Ensure all tax documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time in accordance with current tax laws and regulations
• Analyze financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and bookkeeping records to identify potential deductions and credits
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, clarify questions, and explain tax-related issues clearly
• Stay updated on changes in tax law to ensure compliance and optimize client benefits
• Assist with tax reporting for various entities by applying expertise in partnership tax, corporate accounting, and financial concepts
• Support client acquisition efforts through marketing initiatives and providing exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships

• Proven experience in tax preparation, public accounting, or related fields with a focus on individual and corporate taxes
• Strong knowledge of tax law, tax compliance procedures, and relevant regulations
• Proficiency with tax preparation software such as Quick Books, Sage, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial software tools
• Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail for accurate data entry (including 10 key typing)
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy standards
• Basic math skills essential for calculations related to tax reports and financial analysis

$1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
