Weareseekinga Project Engineertosupporttheday -to-dayprojectmanagement,project controls,anddocumentmanagementfunctions.

Thisindividualwillserveastheprimarysupportresourceforprojectdocumentation,Procoreadministration,submittalandRFImanagement,reporting,tracking,andcoordinationactivitieswhileworkingcloselywiththe

Project

Manager,Superintendent,field teams,andcustomerrepresentatives.

• Coordinatewiththe Project Managementteamonengineeringandproceduralplans ,andsuggestprojectenhancements/valueengineeringopportunities.
• Prepareandtrackprojectsubmittals.
• Facilitate Change Order process ,preparemonthlybudgetanalysis,and projections/costtocomplete.
• ManageCPMbaselineandupdates.
• ManageRFIsandengineering-related inquiries.
• Assistwithprojectpurchaseordersandsubcontracts.
• Ensureallprojectmaterialsareapproved,delivered,andtrackedaccordingly.
• Coordinatewiththefinancedepartmenttoprepare,review,andevaluatemonthlycosts.
• UpdateandmaintainthecompanyERPsystemwithallcurrentprojectinformationintheappropriateprograms.
• Coordinateprojectmeetings,agendas,minutes,andfacilitatecommunicationbetweenofficeandfieldpersonnel.
• Supportcustomerandinternalreportingrequirements,includingT&Mdocumentationandinvoicepackagepreparation.
• Track procurement,material deliveries,andlong-leadequipmentstatus.
• Maintain quality,turnover,andprojectcloseoutdocumentation.

• 3+yearsofrelevantexperienceinprojectengineering,project coordination,construction management,orassistantprojectmanagementpreferred.
• Bachelor'sdegreein
  
  Construction
  
  Management,Utility Engineering,Project Management,Business,orarelatedfieldpreferred.
  
  Relevantconstructionexperiencemaybeconsideredinlieuofadegree.
• ExperiencewithERPmanagementandimprovements.
• Proficientintheuseof Microsoft Officeandstandardcomputerapplications .
• Displayahighlevelofinitiative,effort,andcommitmenttowardscompletingassignmentsinatimelymanner.
• Abilitytoidentifyproblems;determineaccuracyandrelevanceofinformation;usesoundjudgmenttogenerateandevaluatealternatives,andmakerecommendations.
• Effectivecommunicationskills,interpersonalandorganizationalskills,andastrongworkethic.
• Experiencesupportingconstruction,utility,industrial,energy,orinfrastructureprojects.
• Thispositionwillrequirespendingthemajorityoftimeon-siteinthefield.
