We are seeking a new physician to join our team. We provide a community-first model of care where your voice and expertise truly matter. We are a productivity-based practice focused on optimizing patient care through efficient scheduling, resource utilization, and performance-driven outcomes.

Why

Join Us Diverse and Inclusive Community

Our practice is rooted in a cultural melting pot—where different backgrounds are respected and embraced. We believe diversity in care begins with diversity in providers. Here, you’ll not only serve a broad spectrum of patients, but also thrive in a region that welcomes and celebrates your heritage, values, and experiences.

Stable Compensation and Smooth Transition

We respect the value of your current experience. That’s why we commit to maintaining your current salary during your transition, ensuring financial continuity and peace of mind as you make this career move.

ESRD Care with Local Impact

Leadership & Growth Opportunities Immediate Medical Directorship

Step directly into a Medical Director role—with no waiting period. Your leadership will immediately shape care delivery, team culture, and patient outcomes. Our company is locally owned and operated by a non-chain management team, extremely friendly to physicians with motivated ESRD patients with an opportunity for lucrative medical directorship compensation.

Your Voice Matters

This is not a top-down environment. Your input and recommendations regarding clinical practices, growth strategy, and patient experience will be highly regarded and considered. We are here to listen—and act.

Fast-Track to Partnership

You’ll be eligible for partnership within 1–2 years, offering both professional ownership and long-term stability.

Customizable Practice Schedule

We offer a flexible, customizable schedule to match your preferred pace, caseload, and lifestyle. We understand life outside of medicine matters.

Collaborative Team Structure

You’ll be supported by experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), allowing you to focus on complex care and clinical leadership while delegating routine tasks.
