Respiratory Therapist; RRT Nights

• Provide advanced respiratory care, including medication administration, ventilator management, airway procedures, and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Assess patients and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and support systems about respiratory conditions and care strategies.
• Mentor and precept new employees, students, and peers while participating in staff development.
• Ensure patient safety by promoting accurate documentation, medication safety, and adherence to quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in invasive and non-invasive procedures, pulmonary diagnostics, and cardiac service procedures.

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with a minimum of 20 quarter hours of science.
• Certifications:
  
  Registered Respiratory Therapist, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (all required upon hire).
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships.
