The D365 F&O Functional adviser plays a pivotal role in deploying and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions. This role involves gathering business requirements, configuring the system, providing support, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The adviser will work closely with various departments to enhance business processes.

• Gather and analyze business requirements for D365 F&O implementations.
• Configure and customize D365 F&O modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.
• Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
• Create documentation for system processes and configurations.
• Work with developers to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Continuously optimize and enhance D365 F&O functionalities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance and operations.
• Experience with system configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
