North Little Rock, AR – 1st shift Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Start January 2026. Day‑one benefits and a wage starting at $18.80/hour. Overtime may be available on a voluntary basis with prior authorization.

• Work as a team following instructions to build Caterpillar machines.
• Collaborate with support teams to continuously improve the assembly process.
• Use assembly tools and lifting devices to make the work easier and safer.
• Own your work, seeking to learn and improve to ensure safety and quality adherence.

• Previous work or volunteer experience (assembly experience not required; training provided).
• Willingness and ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Willingness and ability to adapt to various operations.
• Willingness and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• Stand on concrete floors, walk up to 80 feet, retrieve parts/tools.
• Sit on scooter or creeper occasionally.
• Kneel occasionally.
• Squat frequently to lift material/tools.
• Climb stairs, platforms, ladders up to 15 feet occasionally.
• Rotate and bend at waist reaching into storage.
• Reach 3 inches to overhead, hold up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Frequently lift 10‑15 lbs, occasionally 25‑35 lbs.
• Operate heavy equipment or machinery frequently.
• Expose to vibration tools occasionally.

• Manufacturing experience.
• Parts / product manufacturing assembly experience.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Background screening.
• Drug screening.
• Post‑offer medical questionnaire.
