DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse at Well Star Hospital (Griffin, GA) to deliver compassionate care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• Dialysis experience required
• Training may occur at a facility other than home
• Float to various facilities during and after training
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians
• Manage patients with complex comorbidities
• Lead patient observations with PCT support
• Work in a fast‑paced, acute inpatient environment (ICU, CCU, ED)
• Operate multiple renal therapies (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, apheresis)
• Receive regular on‑call and scheduled shifts

• Current RN license in Georgia
• Associate Degree in Nursing (required) or BSN; diploma may substitute
