Hospital Dialysis Registered Nurse - $5K Bonus Offered

DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide life‑saving dialysis care in a hospital setting. The role includes inpatient dialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, apheresis, and multidisciplinary clinical collaboration.

Location & Compensation

Well Star Hospital – Griffin, GA (601 S 8th St, Griffin, GA 30224). Base salary plus a $5,000 hiring bonus and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and paid training.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialty nephrology care in inpatient units (ICU, CCU, ED) and outpatient dialysis settings.
  • Monitor patients, set up machines, document observations, and collaborate with PCTs to maintain high‑quality patient outcomes.
  • Float to multiple facilities during training and after placement, requiring a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • Participate in clinical goal setting, quality improvement initiatives, and performance metrics to meet CMS standards.
Qualifications
  • Current registered nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); three‑year diploma may substitute.
  • ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg experience; dialysis experience preferred.
  • Compliance with state and federal vaccination requirements, including COVID‑19.
  • Strong communication, compassion, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
