Description: Health staff Services is seeking caring and dependable RNs and LPNs for homecare visits. Currently, visits are available on Part-Time and Per Diem schedules. We encourage all nurses with a minimum of 1 year of experience to apply.

We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work within our clients' homes, providing supervision visits for Aides and CNAs. Working with physicians, LPNs develop and manage nursing care plans alongside RNs, and instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. As a Health staff Services LPN/RN, you will be responsible for following a physician-established plan of treatment under the guidance of our Director of Clinical Services.

Duties:

• Develop and manage nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians, RNs, and LPNs.
• Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment procedures.
• Assist individuals and groups in taking steps to improve or maintain health.

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered state license to practice as an RN and LPN.
• Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required; home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
