Site Manager

Overview

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions currently has an opening for a Site Manager supporting our Griffin, GA Quality team. The salary range for this role is $68,000-$70,000 per year. The schedule is 7:00AM-5:30PM Monday-Thursday (Friday as needed).

• Establish and coordinate staffing schedules, along with allocation of manpower and materials equipment according to customer auditing requirements
• Assist the customer Quality Manager as the primary liaison between TRIGO HT and the customer
• Provide quality inspection and auditing results with suggestions to the customer quality manager using measuring tools and data such as SPC
• Create, maintain, and manage site quality policies and procedures in accordance with the company s standard operating requirements
• Accountable for the productivity and the profit/loss profitability of the site and for budget creation and management
• Hire, provide training, and supervise the site s employees
• Manage space allocation, maintain the physical site, and ensure the capability of inspection equipment
• Provide monthly metric reports of the site s business activities
• Motivate employees to perform job tasks that meet or exceed the customer and company expectations
• Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
• Demonstrated knowledge of equipment PM
• Knowledge of mechanical inspection tools, practices, and industry quality standards
• Demonstrated knowledge of print reading, automated measuring equipment, and factory flow
• Proficient in MS Office Suite-Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate with customers and employees
• Ability to implement and monitor budgets and cost controls
• Record of managing new projects to successful completion
